By adjusting the parameters of the original process and the annealing, finished rolling oil and roll process parameters, the technical requirements of 8006 alloy single zero foil were achieved without increasing the production cost.
It is reported that 8006 alloy single zero foil is gradually favored by foreign trade customers due to its good mechanical properties of finished products, and the market prospect is huge. Because its price is more than $150 per ton higher than the traditional single zero foil, it has great market development value. HTMM uses this product as a product adjustment direction and develops two production processes of continuous casting and rolling stock and casting and rolling blanks according to its own advantages.
